THE BAJAJA STORY
Let’s move to Mexico and open a bar! How unique.
Ed and Dar planned for a little bar and grill by designing the logo and having the first sign made up and hung in their home in the town of Loreto in 2006. Many Loreto Bay homeowners found themselves belly-up to that first, friends-and-family only bar.
In 2011 with mucho water under the puente, Ed, Brian and Geoff decided to open USG Construction Group Loreto.
The building was a bit too much for just construction offices and was, frankly, too nice for just that use. Was this the universe talking?
When we first hung that original sign near the kitchen we all immediately knew the highest and best use of the building - and the Bajaja Deli Bar & Grill dream took hold.
With 3 partners (each one with their own partner) there were lots of ideas (ok...too many) but we decided to make that work for you - our customers. And so the Bajaja is about choice ... come in for a big ole’ burger and fries and watch some football or hockey, float in the pool with a margarita in hand or head to the Deli (coming soon) and get a green drink or fruit smoothie and a muffin and settle in to watch the daily picture show that is the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range.
So no, the dream is hardly unique but we think the Bajaja Deli Bar and Grill is and we hope you do too. Bienvenidos!

THE BAJAJA IS OPEN THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 11 AM - 8 PM AND SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY 8 AM - 3 PM CLOSED WEDNESDAY
